description El presente estudio de tesis “Six Sigma y Productividad en Representaciones Avícola D Sena s.a.c, Jaén, 2019” se ha realizado con el propósito de demostrar la relación de Six Sigma y la productividad en Representaciones Avícola D Sena s.a.c. Esta metodología tiene como objetivo principal lograr un desempeño perfecto, cero defectos, donde lo que se entiende por defecto es cualquier cosa que ocasione la insatisfacción del cliente y ayudar a mejorar la eficiencia de sus colaboradores de forma organizada. Para la relación de variables se realizara un análisis y medición a través de instrumento cuestionario. Se estima que al poner en ejecución este proyecto de investigación, la empresa incrementará sus ganancias, se mantendrá competitiva, y su cartera de clientes crecerá periódicamente buscando siempre la eficiencia, para poder satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
