Se trabajó con un total de 80 usuarios que generaron un trámite documentario de manera virtual en la entidad de estudio. Para la recolección de los datos se usó como la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Se tuvo como hallazgo general que hay una asociación directa entre el Sistema Gestión Documental y la satisfacción social en una municipalidad provincial de Lambayeque 2021, todo ello bajo los resultados obtenidos de la prueba estadística de Spearman, evidenciando un hallazgo de r=0.691 y bajo un nivel de significación de 0.000.
