description La presente investigación titulado: Testamento sin intervención del notario en la declaratoria de urgencia, Distrito Los Olivos – 2020 , que tiene como fin obtener el título profesional de abogado, con el objetivo establecer que la regulación del testamento sin intervención del notario en la declaratoria de urgencia garantizará la última voluntad del testador, Distrito Los Olivos – 2020. En cuanto la metodología tiene enfoque cualitativo, tipo básica pura en concordancia con el diseño de teoría fundamentada, teniendo como método los análisis de datos: inductivo y hermenéutico llegando utilizar como técnica la recolección de datos en entrevistas y aplicando como instrumento a las guías de entrevistas presentadas a 10 especialistas en Derecho Civil, Derecho Notarial y Registral; así mismo, se ha considerado el análisis documental respecto a los objetivos planteados. Concluyendo que es necesario impulsar la regulación del testamento en situación de urgencia , a fin de garantizar la última voluntad del testador.
