Fundamentándose en información teórica y relevante. Por lo tanto esta investigación fue de diseño pre experimental, de tipo aplicada con enfoque cuantitativo y un nivel explicativo. Además, la población abarcó los materiales ferrosos descargados en el almacén durante los meses de mayo y octubre del 2023.y la muestra fueron los incluidos en los primeros 26 días de cada mes. Se utilizaron criterios numéricos de recolección de datos. De acuerdo con los resultados la implementación generó una mejora del 30% en la reducción de horas dedicadas a las tareas de carga y descarga en el almacén del Grupo León. Y el cumplimiento de entregas, aumentó en un 20.50%, Concluyendo que la implementación de Lean Manufacturing ha sido un factor clave para optimizar operaciones en el almacén del Grupo León, Junín-2023.
