description El objetivo del presente informe de investigación fue determinar las incidencias entre la gestión de almacén y la mercadería hueso de la empresa Interamericana Norte S.A.C. Piura 2018-2020; según su finalidad fue de tipo aplicativo ya que dio a conocer implicancias que generan el sobre stock de mercadería hueso y la gestión que se realiza en los almacenes de la empresa. Por su carácter es correlacional de diseño no experimental al no manipularse variables; por su naturaleza es cuantitativa al recoger, procesar y analizar características de las gestiones realizadas en el almacén y por su alcance es transversal. Como resultados se obtuvieron que si existe incidencia entre la gestión de almacén sobre la mercadería hueso según Spearman con una correlación positiva moderada de 0,566 al no existir un manual de proceso de gestión que sirva de guía en el área del almacén y que KIA es la marca que mayor rotación y mercadería hueso tiene. Como conclusión se determinó que la gestión de almacén si tiene incidencia en la mercadería hueso aceptándose la hipótesis nula, la gestión de almacén si tiene incidencia sobre la mercadería hueso con un nivel de sig, 0,002<0,05 y se rechaza la hipótesis alternativa.
