description El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal: Determinar la relación entre proactividad y el Manual de Organización y Funciones de los colaboradores de la empresa Saga Falabella S.A sede Chimbote 2021. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal, el nivel de investigación es descriptiva, las variables fueron cualitativas, no se manipuló ni alteró ninguna variable. Se utilizó criterios de inclusión y exclusión para la muestra, la población fue igual a la muestra debido a que fueron 15 colaboradores y por ser menor a 50 integrantes, la técnica fue la encuesta, el instrumento el cuestionario constituido por 21 ítems, obteniendo de la prueba de correlación Rho de Spearman el siguiente valor del coeficiente 0,765 permitiendo comprobar el valor cercano a 1 entre las variables de estudio. De tal modo se obtuvo como conclusión general de Shapiro Wilk y Wilcoxon que existe una relación de normalidad e influyente entre la proactividad y el Mof, así mismo se encontró una correlación alta de 0,870 en la hipótesis especifica de proactividad y la dimensión sistemas de control de funciones y responsabilidades de la empresa Saga Falabella S.A. sede Chimbote 2021.
