Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar de qué manera la PC influye en la GM. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada y cuantitativa como enfoque, con un diseño no experimental, y un nivel explicativo causal, se aplicó la encuesta como técnica y como instrumento el cuestionario. La población fue de 100 ciudadanos entre pobladores y dirigentes y la muestra estuvo compuesta por 63 ciudadanos. Se obtuvo como resultados mediante la regresión logística ordinal el valor de sig. 0.000 y un valor de Nagelkerke de 95,8%; se concluyó que la participación ciudadana influye significativamente en la gestión municipal y en sus respectivas dimensiones en una entidad distrital de Rioja,2024.
