La población estuvo constituida por 100 y la muestra 80 trabajadores, la técnica que se utilizó parala recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento ha sido el cuestionario conformado por 20 ítems de tipo Likert, el cual fue validado mediante el método juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad fue calculada mediante el coeficiente del alfa de Cronbach con un valor confiable. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos mediante el estadístico Rho de Spearman y el análisis descriptivo e inferencial de las variables investigadas, se concluyó que existe relación significativa de la variable condiciones de trabajo con la variable engagement laboral.
