El presente estudio se ejecutó con el propósito de establecer en qué medida un sistema web mejora la gestión de ventas en una empresa, 2023. Además, la investigación fue de tipo aplicada, utilizando un modelo cuantitativo, con diseño pre-experimental y corte longitudinal. La muestra se hizo en 2 etapas y estuvo conformada por 50 registros antes de la implementación del sistema y 50 registros después. Asimismo, la técnica de recolección empleada se denomina fichaje y el instrumento fue la ficha de registro. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron una disminución de 6.2136 minutos en el tiempo utilizado para búsqueda de información, de 4.662 para el registro de ventas y un incremento de 7.94 en el promedio de tareas realizadas. Por lo tanto, la conclusión general fue que el uso de un sistema web mejoró el tiempo utilizado para las distintas actividades del proceso de gestión de ventas de la empresa Constructora e Inmobiliaria Titanio SAC, así como también, incrementó las tareas realizadas, optimizando el uso de recursos y mejorando la productividad en la empresa.
