La población lo conformo 30 docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 60057 Petronila Perea de Ferrando del Distrito de Punchana durante el año 2019. La muestra se obtuvo utilizando el diseño muestral para poblaciones menor a 1500 obteniéndose 30 el 100% de la población, es decir los 30 docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 60057 Petronila Perea de Ferrando del Distrito de Punchana durante el año 2019. La elección de la muestra fue no aleatoria intencionada. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de Conocimiento de Evaluación Formativa es regular en Docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 60057 Petronila Perea de Ferrando, Punchana 2019.

The usual design of the Inquiry was non-experimental and the specific design was descriptive crosssectional. The population was made up of 30 teachers from the Educational Institution N ° 60057 Petronila Perea de Ferrando of the District of Punchana during 2019. The sample was obtained using the sample design for populations less than 1500, obtaining 30 100% of the population, that is, the 30 teachers of the Educational Institution N ° 60057 Petronila Perea de Ferrando of the District of Punchana during the year 2019. The choice of the sample was intentionally nonrandom. The technique used to collect the data was the survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire.
