description La tesis consignada posee como objetivo determinar la manera en que influye el análisis económico del derecho en la seguridad jurídica registral de acuerdo a la Directiva No 08-2013-SUNARP-SN. Se pretende observar si la directiva señalada garantiza la seguridad jurídica registral de quienes recurren a la figura de la inmovilización temporal de predios. Por eso, esta tesis ha tenido un método de corte dogmático en el derecho y usó a modo de método general la hermenéutica. Asimismo, se usó un tipo de investigación básico o fundamental de nivel descriptivo y un diseño cualitativo. En seguida se usó la técnica del análisis de documentos doctrinarios que se procesaron a través de la argumentación jurídica con el uso de instrumentos de recolección de datos como la ficha de texto y de resumen obtenida de cada documento con datos importantes. Así, se arribó a esta conclusión: el análisis económico del derecho garantiza que la Directiva No 08-2013-SUNARP-SN proteja efectivamente la seguridad jurídica registral.
