description En la presente tesis intitulada: COSTOS OPERATIVOS Y RENTABILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA KOTA LAKA S.R.L. PUNO – PERIODO 2018, cuyo problema general de investigación es ¿Cuáles son los costos operativos y la rentabilidad de la empresa Kota Laka S.R.L. Puno, Periodo 2018?, que tiene por objetivo general determinar los costos operativos y la rentabilidad de la empresa Kota Laka S.R.L. Puno, Periodo 2018; la población de estudio y la muestra estuvo conformada por toda la documentación administrativa y contable, documentos internos ( cuadernos de anote), documentos (facturas, boletas de venta, etc.) y para complementar la información del gerente y el contador. Con referencia a la metodología de la presente investigación fue realizada con un tipo investigación básica, no experimental y un enfoque cuantitativo. En cuanto al diseño fue no experimental ya que no se pretende modificar las variables con un alcance descriptivo. Llegando a la siguiente conclusión: Luego de haber realizado el trabajo de investigación, como se puede observar en la tabla 28, que es la tabla que muestra el problema general, se determinó que los Costos operativos mensuales más altos se dieron en el mes de setiembre con S/. 10,192.41. Y en cuanto a la rentabilidad después de la aplicación del ROE y ROA se ha podido concluir que si existe rentabilidad del 22.67% en todo lo invertido en el patrimonio y 22.44% en todo lo invertido en el activo total en la empresa Kota Laka S.R.L.

Puno, 2018 Period; where the study population was made up of the four members of the company between management and operational personnel; as well as it can be determined that the sample was made up of internal documentation, such as notebooks, invoices, ballots and the interview with the manager of the company Kota Laka in 2018. With reference to the methodology of the present investigation, it was carried out with a type of basic, non-experimental research and a quantitative approach. As for the design, it was not experimental since it is not intended to modify the variables with a descriptive scope.
