Así mismo, esta tesis demuestra que un parque biblioteca puede funcionar como un auténtico catalizador urbano en Cusco metropolitano, generando impactos positivos y beneficios tanto culturales como socioeconómicos para sus habitantes y contribuyendo a la transformación positiva de la zona metropolitana.
