El alcance de la investigación es descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental transversal, la técnica utilizada para el recojo de información de la presente investigación fue la encuesta y el instrumento empleado fue el cuestionario, la población fue de 128 colaboradores del área administrativa y trabajadores que tengan personal a su cargo en la planta agrícola ALSUR, y la muestra considerada fue del total de la población 128 colaboradores también. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como ventaja competitiva se hace de forma inadecuada con un promedio de 2.59. La calificación denota que la planta agrícola no presta mucha atención a la importancia de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, carece de procedimientos de alto estándar, por ende, no sigue un patrón de alta calidad ni sostenible.

Agricultural Plant province of Anta, Cusco - 2023 was developed with the objective of describing corporate social responsibility in said company. The scope of the research is descriptive, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional design, the technique used to collect information for this research was the survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire, the population was 128 employees from the administrative area and workers who have personnel in their charge at the ALSUR agricultural plant, and the sample considered was the total population of 128 employees as well. The results of the research show that Corporate Social Responsibility as a competitive advantage is done inadequately with an average of 2.59.
