description En el presente informe de Suficiencia profesional detallo en principio la experiencia obtenida desde mi grado de Bachiller el año 2015, fueron diversos proyectos de menor a gran envergadura arquitectónica los que me han permitido visualizar la gran escala de la carrera profesional. En esta oportunidad profundizaré la experiencia realizada en el proyecto CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL GENERAL VARELA. Este proyecto me ha permitido conocer el procedimiento necesario para el desarrollo integral de proyectos, la correcta aplicación de la normativa, el análisis de confort para los usuarios, la gestión para los expedientes necesarios de permisos y factibilidades, así como también la operatividad en la ejecución de obra y el saneamiento legal en la finalización de obra.
