sin embargo no exhorta al Congreso de la República para que realice modificaciones al código civil como establecer leyes especiales con la finalidad de regular los deberes y derechos; y, en adición a ello, es menester recalcar la necesidad de regular como herederos forzosos a los padres e hijos afines, ya que, al ser un nuevo tipo de familia, se extiende también al derecho sucesorio.The present work focuses its objectives on carrying out a critical analysis of the right to inherit and its legalregulation mainly to the members that make up the blended families, which according to the pronouncement ofthe Constitutional Court, recognizes that there is a new type of family where it acquires duties and rights suchas kinship by affinity, marriage impediments and minimum assistance for the members of this family;
