Con respecto a los resultados, este estudio logró una reducción del 35% en las pérdidas de la empresa e incrementar 19 puntos porcentuales el nivel de servicio.

Con respecto a los resultados, este estudio logró una reducción del 35% en las pérdidas de la empresa e incrementar 19 puntos porcentuales el nivel de servicio.This research work aims to implement a Lean Manufacturing management model, using tools such as VSM, SMED, Autonomous Maintenance, to improve the level of service in petroleum refining companies with the objective of reducing the technical gap that results in monetary losses for the company in question. As for the methodology used, it is based on a case study design focused on the pre-test and post-test study to identify the main improvements.
