In the first chapter, the preliminary research was developed and the objectives and hypotheses that lead to the viability of the project were established. In the second chapter, the market study was carried out, where, based on different segmentation criteria, the project demand was determined, which reached 475 899 units of açaí-based energy drinks in the last year of operation. In the third chapter, relevant macro and micro location factors were evaluated for an effective location selection, therefore, the Ventanilla district in the city of Lima was chosen for the implementation of the Açaí Boost plant. Then, the plant size was defined based on the project demand, which was 475 899 cans of energy drinks; likewise, the equilibrium point was 27 425 cans. In the fifth engineering chapter of the project, the technical specifications and characteristics of the product, the production process and the resources required for development were analyzed. Likewise, key factors and other calculations were analyzed that made it possible to establish the layout of the 820.74 m2. plant. Later, in chapter six the mission and vision of the company were defined; as well as the functions and requirements of the staff, which are 7 of administrative staff and 15 of production. In relation to the seventh chapter, it was determined that the total investment would be S/ 1 850 757; Based on this, the principal economic and financial indicators were calculated, such as the NPV of S/. 164 672 and S/. 367 788 with an IRR of 14% and 19% respectively; In addition, the payback period and the benefit-cost demonstrated the profitability of the project. In chapter eight, the social impact was evaluated based on indicators such as the density and intensity of capital, which resulted in S/. 84 125 and 29% respectively. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the research work were drawn up.

Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the research work were drawn up.El presente trabajo de prefactibilidad busca determinar la viabilidad de mercado, técnica y económica-financiera para la instalación de una planta productora de bebidas energizantes a base de açaí, las cuales se presentan en una lata de aluminio de 250 ml y tienen la misión de lograr el máximo potencial del consumidor. En el primer capítulo, se desarrolló la investigación preliminar y se establecieron los objetivos e hipótesis que conllevan a la viabilidad del proyecto. En el segundo capítulo se realizó el estudio de mercado, donde a partir de distintos criterios de segmentación, se determinó la demanda del proyecto, la cual alcanzó 475 899 de unidades de bebidas energizantes a base de açaí en el último año de operación. En el tercer capítulo, se evaluaron factores de macro y micro localización relevantes para una efectiva selección de localización, por lo cual, se eligió el distrito de Ventanilla en la ciudad de Lima para la implementación de la planta de Açaí Boost. Luego, se definió el tamaño de planta a partir de la demanda del proyecto; asimismo el punto de equilibrio resultó de 27 425 latas. En el quinto capítulo de ingeniería del proyecto, se analizaron las especificaciones técnicas y características del producto, el proceso de producción y los recursos requeridos para el desarrollo. Asimismo, se analizaron factores claves y otros cálculos que permitieron establecer la disposición de la planta de 820,74 m2. Después, en el capítulo seis se definió la misión y visión de la empresa; así como, las funciones y requerimientos del personal, los cuales son 7 administrativos y 15 de producción. En relación con el séptimo capítulo, se determinó una inversión total de S/ 1 850 757; a partir de ello, se analizaron indicadores como el VAN económico y financiero de S/. 164 672 y S/. 367 788 con un TIR del 14% y 19% respectivamente; además, el período de recupero y el beneficio-costo demostraron la rentabilidad del proyecto. En el capítulo ocho, se evalúo el impacto social a partir de indicadores como la densidad e intensidad del capital que resultaron S/. 84 125 y 29% respectivamente.
