Los cambios tecnológicos y la introducción de un marco regulatorio moderno, como la Ley de Seguridad (Ley 29783), hacen pertinente esta investigación con el fin de evaluar y proponer la modernización del Reglamento de Seguridad Industrial como propuesta para contar con un instrumento moderno que permita adoptar medidas de prevención ante peligros y riesgos en los diferentes procesos industriales y actuar sin que se afecten la seguridad y la salud de los trabajadores.
