Planteado el crudo diagnóstico que hace Bauman del mundo en el que vivimos, es necesario reflexionar sobre el papel del Derecho para enfrentarlo, siendo específicamente el Derecho Civil el campo de batalla en donde han de definirse las discusiones fundamentales respecto a la sociedad que queremos.
