In addition, in relation to efficiency, the use of average man-hours will be improved from 75.30% to 87.90%, resulting in an improvement of 16.74%. And, according to the efficacy, an increase was found in the quantities produced, on average, which went from a value of 74.99% to 86.3%, this resulting in an increase of 15.07% in the production of 3S 200 mm rings.

Se ha observado que en esta área existe una baja productividad, debido a la ausencia de una cultura de orden y limpieza, y a la falta de control de la producción. La aplicación de herramientas Lean mostró un aumento sustancial en la productividad (de 56,47% a 75,86%), logrando así un avance del 34,33% en el acabado. área. Además, en relación a la eficiencia, se mejorará el uso de horas hombre promedio de 75.30% a 87.90%, resultando en una mejora de 16.74%.
