Productivity currently stands at 78%, which is below the company's minimum goal of 85%. Therefore, due to the consequences it generates, it is essential to be a subject of study, so the objective of the research is to improve the productivity of the packaging operation by proposing a dysergonomic risk management model. The evaluation of the criticality of dysergonomic risks by workstation was carried out by means of the Triple Criteria Qualitative Identification and Estimation Matrix in which the activities of injecting liquefied petroleum gas, quality control, sealing and stacking of packaged balloons were defined as those requiring corrective actions due to the adverse effects they cause. The methods for assessing the dysergonomic risks of the activities are carried out by means of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Finally, there was a 10.4% increase in the productivity of packaged balloons.

Finally, there was a 10.4% increase in the productivity of packaged balloons.Las operaciones en una planta de gas licuado de petróleo demandan riesgos en la postura de los trabajadores durante la realización de las actividades operativas de envasado, estos pueden afectar la integridad de estos, así como también generar excesivos tiempos de operación y afecciones en la productividad. Actualmente, se registra una productividad del 78%, esto representa un indicador por debajo de la meta mínima establecida por la empresa del 85%. Por lo tanto, debido a las consecuencias que genera resulta fundamental ser un tema de estudio, por ello el objetivo de la investigación es mejorar la productividad de la operación de envasado proponiendo un modelo de gestión de riesgos disergonómicos. La evaluación de la criticidad de los riesgos disergonómicos por puesto de trabajo se realizó mediante la Matriz De Identificación y Estimación Cualitativa Triple Criterio en la cual se definen que las actividades de inyectado de gas licuado de petróleo, control de calidad, sellado y apilamiento de balones envasados son las que requieren acciones correctivas por los efectos adversos que ocasionan. Los métodos para la valoración de los riesgos disergonómicos de las actividades son realizados mediante la RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) y el NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health).
