Sumario:Peru's opening to international markets imposed speed in the trade balance while encouraging interest in the business sector to expand the geographic scope of its products or services. Due to the influence, of prices and demand at international level, mainly, it is imperative to carry out a diagnosis, made in this document, with the aim of making decisions based on the global competitive position of the company. Camposol Holding participates at a competitive level in the aquaculture and agricultural industries; it is among the leaders in both sectors for its economic and operational strength to face growth. Value added in each link of your vertically integrated chain in order to differentiate your product portfolio. With regard to final consumers, it lacks a correlation between brand and product; point covered in this document. Demographic and business trends respond to healthy, environmental and socially responsible consumption; in that sense, it is strategic to assess competition globally and strive to achieve competitive advantages to improve its position in the sectors and markets to which it is direct. I describe these points in the following pages. Consolidating the aforementioned, a situational analysis study and a strategic proposal to ensure permanence, strengthen the position of the group and promote a turning point in the aforementioned sectors are carry out.
