The proposal, on one hand, presents a field of interrogations around the concepts of development, ideology and cities. On the other hand, it analyzes three urban infrastructures that materialize social horizons and expectations with a class perspective. The methodological strategy is qualitative and based on journalistic sources, images, official documents and interviews made during field work. The article arrives at conclusions regarding an ideological operation that, based on the idea of development, presents infrastructure as an undeniable benefit that transforms spaces, seals social conflict, and produces social separations/unifications.

Desde un ejercicio de crítica ideológica, se analizan tres intervenciones inauguradas durante 2018 y 2019, orientadas a lograr circulación rápida, seguridad urbana e inclusión social. El abordaje presenta discusiones conceptuales en torno a las ideas de desarrollo, ideología y ciudad; y analiza las infraestructuras urbanas como horizonte de expectativas sociales desde una perspectiva de clase. La estrategia metodológica es cualitativa y para el análisis de las tres infraestructuras se utilizaron fuentes primarias (entrevistas resultantes del trabajo de campo) y secundarias (periodísticas, imágenes y documentos oficiales). Como resultado del trabajo se presenta la operatoria ideológica que, desde la idea de desarrollo, construye material y simbólicamente a la infraestructura como bien innegable, interviniendo en espacios urbanos obturando el conflicto y generando separaciones/unificaciones sociales.O artigo aborda a relação entre desenvolvimento e infraestrutura em uma área historicamente marginal da cidade de Córdoba (Argentina) denominada Quinta Sección. A partir de um exercício de crítica ideológica, o trabalho problematiza três intervenções urbanas inauguradas durante os anos de 2018 e 2019 voltadas para a rápida circulação, segurança urbana e inclusão social. A abordagem, por um lado, apresenta um campo de discussões a partir do arcabouço conceitual em torno das ideias de desenvolvimento, ideologia e cidade; por outro, analisa as três infra-estruturas urbanas como horizonte de expectativas sociais a partir de uma perspectiva de classe. A estratégia metodológica é qualitativa e para a análise das três infraestruturas selecionadas utiliza fontes jornalísticas, imagens, documentos oficiais e entrevistas resultantes do trabalho de campo.
