Reconocemos, sin embargo, que este trabajo deja planteados algunos temas por desarrollar para futuras investigaciones. Creemos que nuestra satisfacción se verá coronada en la medida que con la lectura de esta obra se logre el objetivo principal que nos mueve, cual es el de incentivar la investigación dado que el Derecho está en constante proceso de desarrollo con avances y retrocesos. El derecho es dinámico, como la vida que está en constante acción.
