Para ello, se hace una revisión de conceptos fundamentales, como territorio hidrosocial y escasez, así como de procesos institucionales, como la implementación de modelos de gobernanza de los recursos hídricos, necesarios para analizar y entender los fenómenos sociales asociados al agua.
