It does not intend to settle a controversy, but only to expose our ideas, and try to give this procedural budget a practical purpose, from a reading of it from the Constitution and the general theory of the process.El presente artículo tiene por objetivo definir la legitimación del proceso, así como entender las diferentes clases de legitimación que han sido definidas en la doctrina y, en consecuencia, adoptadas en el proceso civil peruano. Asimismo, busca analizar cómo debe ser el control de este presupuesto en el proceso.
