Studies published between 2020 and 2024 were collected and analyzed in databases such as Scopus and SCielo, using specific search equations and previously defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results highlight that AI can optimize judicial processes by automating routine tasks and predictive decision making, with examples of implementation in countries such as Estonia and Singapore. However, concerns about algorithmic biases and system transparency were also identified. It is concluded that, to ensure fair and effective adoption, it is critical to establish regulatory frameworks and promote human oversight in judicial systems that integrate AI.Este artículo realiza una revisión sistemática para analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la transformación de los procesos judiciales, siguiendo las directrices de la metodología PRISMA. El objetivo principal es evaluar cómo la IA contribuye a la eficiencia, precisión y accesibilidad en el ámbito judicial, identificando tanto sus beneficios como los desafíos éticos asociados. Se recopilaron y analizaron estudios publicados entre 2020 y 2024 en bases de datos como Scopus y SCielo, utilizando ecuaciones de búsqueda específicas y criterios de inclusión y exclusión previamente definidos. Los resultados destacan que la IA puede optimizar los procesos judiciales mediante la automatización de tareas rutinarias y la toma de decisiones predictivas, con ejemplos de implementación en países como Estonia y Singapur. Sin embargo, también se identificaron preocupaciones sobre sesgos algorítmicos y la transparencia de los sistemas.
