The study was carried out through a documentary and bibliographic approach, using a systematic review as a methodology. The PRISMA diagram was used to select the sample, composed of articles indexed in the Scopus database. Specific inclusion criteria were applied, selecting relevant articles published between 2020 and 2024 in any language and using any methodology, with open access. Those that only provided abstracts, duplicates, or were not aligned with the research objective were excluded. After this process, 25 publications were selected for analysis. A wide variety of innovative technologies applied in the field of supply and logistics management were identified. Evidence was found to suggest that the implementation of these technologies can considerably improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase the competitiveness of companies in the market.El propósito de la investigación fue ofrecer un análisis exhaustivo de las tecnologías disruptivas en “supply chain” y la logística. El estudio se llevó a cabo mediante un enfoque documental y bibliográfico, utilizando una revisión sistemática como metodología. Se utilizó el diagrama PRISMA para la selección de la muestra, compuesta por artículos indexados en la base de datos Scopus. Se aplicaron criterios de inclusión específicos, seleccionando artículos relevantes publicados entre 2020 y 2024 en cualquier idioma y utilizando cualquier metodología, con acceso abierto. Se excluyeron aquellos que solo proporcionaban resúmenes, duplicados o que no estaban alineados con el objetivo de la investigación. Tras este proceso, se seleccionaron 25 publicaciones para el análisis. Se identificó una amplia variedad de tecnologías innovadoras aplicadas en el ámbito del suministro y la gestión logística.
