Itis concluded that the Neoliberal governmentality is a concept that allowsus to analyze education university, as a means of training the student of theorganization of the company and the entrepreneurial subject.El presente artículo aborda desde el concepto de gubernamentalidad neoliberaly educación universitaria en el Perú, el estudio de caso del Programa porExperiencia Laboral Certificada en una Universidad privada de Lima, para conocerla formación de profesionales que forma y que perspectivas tienen sus estudiantes.Metodológicamente, el estudio es cualitativo sustentado en entrevistas y cuestionariosdirigidos.
