This rating does not extend to other contracts whose effects are equally subject to the death of de cujus such as life insurance contract or annuity contract.La sucesión es un hecho jurídico por el cual todos los bienes, derechos y obligaciones de una persona, se transmiten a otras por causa de su muerte. En nuestro ordenamiento jurídico nacional, no se encuentra legislado en ninguna de sus modalidades inclusive el legislador considera su peligrosidad para el derecho de los herederos estimando que la otra parte contratante pueda desear el pronto fallecimiento del causante para que el contrato pueda surtir sus efectos.
