The following were evident in the results. Deficiencies were found in managing the strengths that the workers of the intervened institutions have, firstly, they had an impact on their ways of organizing such as evaluations, being motivated, well treated and on stimulation for their performances. Also not encouraging results, referred to the organization of educational institutions and collaborative work, also on the issue of the search for educational quality, teacher training and how to evaluate through digital tools.El estudio en mención propuso como meta determinar la correlación entre “gestión del talento humano” y “competencia digital” docente, es una investigación de tipo cuantitativo, correlacional, se trabajó con una muestra de 300 participantes, aplicando el método deductivo. En los resultados se evidenció lo siguiente. Se encontró deficiencias en el manejo de las fortalezas que poseen los trabajadores de las instituciones intervenidas, en primer término, repercutieron en sus formas de organizarse, las valoraciones, la motivación, el trato y la estimulación para su desempeño.
