His History of Concepts appears as a theoretical instrument of the first level to reconstruct our contemporary human action (SattelZeit), in each moment and place, from the interrelation between experience and expectation, of our “future past”.El mundo se transforma a velocidad vertiginosa en la era de la Globalización. El historiador Reinhart Koselleck alumbró la génesis de esta realidad globalizada (como Modernidad), y aportó un modelo historiográfico sobre los conceptos político-sociales que la crearon y caracterizaron como nueva “sociedad” contemporánea (Gesellschaft) en sus palabras y discursos.
