The default that might arise for the creditor to decide to terminate the contract has several aspects and assumptions that we will try to clarify in this paper.En los contratos inmobiliarios se dan innumerables contingencias que afecta las relaciones jurídicas contractuales, por lo que nuestro ordenamiento jurídico ha previsto una variedad de remedios jurídicos para sobre guardar los intereses y/o derechos legítimos de las personas que pueden verse afectadas. Las resoluciones son en su mayoría el remedio jurídico que se aplica de manera general, puesto que es la más efectiva para estos casos.
