What it does seek to offer is a set of premises that allow us to project a greater openness towards the exceptional use of non-traditional actions by human rights defenders, circumscribing this possibility to social conflict contexts.El objetivo principal de este artículo es reflexionar sobre la legitimidad de las actividades no necesariamente pacíficas de los defensores de derechos humanos en contextos de conflictividad social. El trabajo no pretende agotar la reflexión ofreciendo alguna fórmula que permita distinguir entre las actividades que merecen un reconocimiento legítimo por parte del Estado y aquellas que no.
