From that analysis and a result evaluation, it will be possible to stablish criteria to judge the effectiveness of the public action and, as a consequence, to suggest modifications that could guide it to a better direction.En este artículo se pretende evaluar los resultados de la acción estatal en el sector lácteo. Para tal fin, se examinará desde una perspectiva histórica (que gruesamente puede ubicarse a principios de la década de 1940) la acción del Estado en el sector, determinando así objetivos e instrumentos utilizados por éste.
