This bibliography contains the controversies of the internationalization of production; the transference, commercialization and employment of technologies; in the differences between host country and central country (or parent company); and finally, the controversy of future perspectives. Here we have gathered the research produced in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and German, between 1970 and 1973.Los últimos diez años han mostrado un rápido crecimiento de las empresas multinacionales, produciéndose, paralelamente, un aumento de interés por el tema y por la controversia creada alrededor del mismo. Dicho interés se ha traducido en la aparición de diversos trabajos. Esta bibliografía contiene las controversias surgidas de la internacionalización de la producción; la transferencia, comercialización y empleo de tecnologías; en las divergencias entre país anfitrión y país central (o empresa matriz); y finalmente las controversias de las perspectivas futuras.
