To achieve this, a basic exploratory-descriptive research was conducted, adopting a qualitative approach, as the investigative action aimed at interpreting the data obtained through in-depth structured interviews conducted with administrators in the year 2021. The sample consisted of 12 administrators from public primary and secondary educational institutions, and the selection was based on convenience. The findings shed light on the intersectional nature of inequalities among students and the strategies that teachers designed to meet their needs.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal profundizar en las problemáticas cotidianas que se evidenciaron en el proceso de diversificación curricular durante la implementación de la estrategia de educación a distancia “Aprendo en casa” en las instituciones educativas de Tacna, en el contexto de la pandemia por el Covid-19. Para ello, se realizó una investigación básica, de nivel exploratorio-descriptivo, y se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo, pues la acción indagatoria estuvo orientada a la interpretación de los datos obtenidos mediante entrevistas estructuras en profundidad realizadas a directivos en el año 2021. La muestra estuvo conformada por 12 directivos de instituciones educativas estatales de primaria y secundaria, y la selección de la misma fue por conveniencia.
