The problem presented in this study was based on how students in the Tacna Region access digital tools in the current context, thus, two research questions were posed, which were analyzed from direct observation and for this analysis, 10 aspects were considered and it was observed with the analysis of the drawings that there are still differences in how they access educational content in public and private institutions, obtaining as results that there is no equity in access to digital tools. It is important that students have the necessary technological tools and in this way shorten the gap that exists between digital tools and connectivity, because only in this way can we achieve the goal of an education with equity and for all.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar cómo el acceso a las herramientas digitales influye en el desarrollo de una educación equitativa en los estudiantes con la estrategia “Aprendo en casa”, implementada por el Ministerio de Educación del Perú en tiempos de pandemia del COVID-19, en los estudiantes de educación primaria y secundaria de la Región de Tacna. El problema que se presenta en este estudio se basó en cómo los estudiantes de la Región de Tacna acceden a las herramientas digitales en el contexto actual, es así que se plantearon dos preguntas de investigación, las cuales fueron analizadas a partir de la observación directa y para dicho análisis se consideró 10 aspectos y se observó con el análisis de los dibujos que aún existe diferencias de cómo acceden a los contenidos educativos en instituciones públicas y privadas, obteniéndose como resultados que no existe equidad en el acceso a las herramientas digitales.
