In addition, they are based on the model of The Philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist Education, supported by Edward M. Cadwallader. The problem being addressed is to know what are the scenarios resulting from therelationships of both variables to support the administration of the Faculty in the decisions arising from these scenarios. This study is descriptive, experimental, correlational and transversal type. Can find the theorisation of the study variables, the formulation of the causal model and Bayesian, results of the resulting scenarios, as well as conclusionsEsta investigación tiene por objeto estudiar la influencia de las dimensiones de la evaluación docente en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería y Arquitectura. La dimensiones de la variable independiente están basadas en instrumentos de gestión académica que la unidad de análisis (la Facultad) utiliza semestralmente, estos son: aspecto ético-social, desempeño profesional docente y aspecto espiritual; que además están basados en el modelo de la Filosofía de la educación adventista, sostenido por Edward M. Cadwallader. El problema que se aborda consiste en saber cuáles son los escenarios resultantes de establecer las relaciones de ambas variables para apoyar a la Administración de la Facultad en lasdecisiones que puedan surgir de estos escenarios. Este estudio es de tipo descriptivo, no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Esta investigación tiene por objeto estudiar la influencia de las dimensiones de la evaluación docente en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería y Arquitectura. La dimensiones de la variable independiente están basadas en instrumentos de gestión académica que la unidad de análisis (la Facultad) utiliza semestralmente, estos son: aspecto ético-social, desempeño profesional docente y aspecto espiritual; que además están basados en el modelo de la Filosofía de la educación adventista, sostenido por Edward M.
