It was possible to survey 250 adolescents both, sexes from 13 and 17 years old. Results: in the study, it was observed that 39.2% showed a minimum level of anxiety, 38.4% a slight level, 15.6% a moderate level and finally 6.8% showed a severe level of anxiety. Regarding the other variable, 43.2% presented a very low level of Fear of COVID 19, 49.6% medium level and 7.2% the high level. Conclusion: According to the results, it is possible to visualize that adolescents presented a positive percentage in both variables of 39.2% and 43.2%. Demonstrating that a high percentage of adolescents no longer present anxiety and fear of COVID 19. Although we still observe a minimum percentage in both variables of 6.8% and 7.2%, these results demonstrate the importance of continuing to raise awareness by MINSA as well tan educational institutions.Objetivo: medir los niveles de ansiedad y miedo al COVID 19 en adolescentes de la ciudad de Juliaca y Tacna durante la post pandemia. Metodología: diseño no experimental, presenta características de un tipo de investigación descriptiva - comparativa, de corte transversal y enfoque cuantitativo, de muestreo no probabilístico. Se logró encuestar a 250 adolescentes de ambos sexos de 13 a 17 años. Resultados: en el estudio, se observó que 39.2% evidencian un nivel mínimo de ansiedad, el 38.4% nivel leve, el 15.6% nivel moderado y finalmente el 6.8% evidencia un nivel severo de ansiedad. Referente a la otra variable, 43.2% presentaron un nivel muy bajo de Miedo al COVID 19, el 49.6% nivel medio y el 7.2% el nivel alto. Conclusión: según los resultados se logra visualizar que los adolescentes presentaron un porcentaje positivo en ambas variables de 39.2% y 43.2%. Demostrándonos que un porcentaje alto de los adolescentes ya no presentan ansiedad y miedo al COVID 19.
