That is why this paper aims at identifying the leadership styles of Millennial entrepreneurs of small companies in the textile sector in Metropolitan Lima. The methodology employed is quantitative and the research method is descriptive. For this end, the sample employed is of 160 entrepreneurs of small companies in the textile sector located in different districts of Metropolitan Lima, to which the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) is applied. We show that Millennial entrepreneurs have a greater presence of transformational leadership, followed by transactional and passive types of leadership.El estudio de los estilos de liderazgo es cada vez más importante debido a que tiene una influencia y en el desempeño organizacional. Además, es relevante su estudio en la generación Millennial ya que en la actualidad estos jóvenes están ocupando puestos gerenciales y se le atribuye una forma distinta de liderar, en comparación con las generaciones previas. Es por ello que la presente investigación tiene como finalidad identificar los estilos de liderazgo que presentan los empresarios Millennials de las pequeñas empresas del sector textil en Lima Metropolitana. La metodología empleada es cuantitativa y el método de investigación es descriptivo. Para ello, se trabaja con una muestra de 160 empresarios de pequeñas empresasdel sector textil ubicadas en diferentes distritos en Lima Metropolitana, a la cual se le aplica el cuestionario Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ). Los resultados obtenidos presentan que los empresarios Millennials muestran una mayor presencia del liderazgo transformacional, seguido del liderazgo transaccional y pasivo.
