To determine the normality of the data the statistician of the Shapiro-Wilk test at 95% confidence level and sample Wilcoxon statistic related to the process of verification of the hypothesis was used. In analyzing the results, it was determined that the calculated value of Z is -4.786 with the level of bilateral asymptotic significance: ρ = 0.000, a value which is lower than the critical region α = 0.05, then the null hypothesis is rejected and accepts the alternate; with a significance level of 5% and a confidence level of 95%. There is better teacher performance level after the development of the school organization. In conclusion, school organization affects educational performance Plantings Application "Guaman Poma de Ayala", Ayacucho (ρ = 0.000 <0.05, Z = -4.786).Se tuvo como meta investigativa demostrar la influencia de la organización escolar en desempeño docente.  Con respecto a la metodología, el tipo de investigación experimental de diseño preexperimental, la muestra no probabilística conformada por 28 docentes de los tres niveles educativos del programa de nivelación y reforzamiento académico vacacional de los Planteles de Aplicación “Guamán Poma de Ayala”, donde se aplicó la preprueba y posprueba con la ficha de observación del desempeño docente. Para determinar la normalidad de los datos se empleó el estadígrafo de la prueba de Shapiro-Wilk al 95% de nivel de confianza y el estadígrafo de Wilcoxon para muestras relacionadas para el proceso de la contrastación de las hipótesis. Al analizar los resultados se determinó que, el valor de Z calculada es de -4,786 con un el nivel de significancia asintótica bilateral: ρ= 0,000, valor que es inferior a la región crítica α=0.05, entonces se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la alterna; con un grado de significancia del 5% y un nivel de confianza del 95%. Existe mejor nivel de desempeño docente después del desarrollo de la organización escolar.
