Therefore, the objective is to base the contributions of strategies such as school scientific projects and the need for students to attend public educational institutions have adequate technological scientific literacy, necessary to develop their ability to inquiry and deduction demonstrating research culture. The methodology used is based on the search and analysis of various documentary sources, of institutions that provide relevant contributions, such as the Ministry of Education, Concytec, INEI among others. This study allows you to inquire about strategies in the science area, creating spaces for meaningful learning, and thus develop logical principles of inquiry, research skills and scientific skills in students.El presente trabajo académico permite reflexionar sobre la relevancia de las estrategias investigativas y de innovación que emplean los estudiantes en las asignaturas de ciencias, donde es muy común que el alumnado responda a las actividades académicas usando sus instintos o simplemente por experiencias empíricas; sin embargo, es necesario que para consolidar su aprendizaje, posean la habilidad de buscar información y dar a conocer su posición crítica, para alcanzar los conocimientos científicos que respondan a la problemática planteada. Por ello se tiene como objetivo fundamentar los aportes de estrategias como los proyectos científicos escolares y la necesidad de que los estudiantes que asisten a las instituciones educativas públicas posean una adecuada alfabetización científica tecnológica, necesaria para desarrollar su capacidad de indagación y deducción demostrando cultura investigativa. La metodología empleada está basada en la búsqueda y análisis de diversas fuentes documentales, de instituciones que brindan aportes pertinentes, como el Ministerio de Educación, Concytec, INEI entre otros.
