The results indicated a smaller degree of apical microleakage for Ketac Endo sealer than Grossman sealer.Con la finalidad de evaluar la efectividad del sellado apical logrado con el cemento sellador a base de ionómero de vidrio Ketac Endo, se prepararon 40 dientes unirradiculares con la técnica de preparación biomecánica en "retroceso" y se obturaron con la técnica Condensación Lateral. 20 de ellos usaron el sellador Ketac Endo y 20 el sellador de Grossman. Después del proceso de microfiltración apical de tinta los especímenes, fueron transparentados para la observación al microscopio Stereo.
