In our particular case, and as part of the curriculum of renal failure, we want to establish, if it, the biochemistry of intracellular environment changes, as with the extracellular environment, or if its composition is more or less independent of renal function.En el presente trabajo, se describe sistemáticamente la tecnología elaborada en este laboratorio para el análisis del músculo esquelético tomado como expresión de la fase celular del organismo, lo que constituye un gran instrumento de trabajo para futuras investigaciones sobre las modificaciones que se producirían en el medio intracelular en el curso de diversos procesos patológicos, o en muchos otros problemas biológicos.
