Due to this, this work intends to delve into the main facilitating and limiting factors of the development of intrapreneurship in organizations, using for such purposes a qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental methodology based on a review of primary and secondary, national and international sources. It was concluded from them that both facilitating and limiting factors can be segmented into four types: personal, social-environmental, economic-financial and technological. Thus, within the facilitating factors, there was found a positive link and compatibility with the organization, a good work environment, assertive communication and recognition, availability of resources, possession of digital devices and technical knowledge. On the other hand, there was found personal and organizational incompatibility, bureaucracy, difficulty in accessing resources and lack of tangible technology and technical knowledge. Additionally, some intrapreneurship contributions were recognized as a result of the factors addressed. Finally, intrapreneurship studies are recommended from a local, regional and gender perspective.El intraemprendimiento representa la iniciativa de los colaboradores en las organizaciones y, en aras de la sostenibilidad es relevante su análisis. Debido a ello, este trabajo se propone ahondar en los principales factores facilitadores y limitantes del desarrollo del intraemprendimiento en las organizaciones, empleando para tales fines una metodología cualitativa, descriptiva, no experimental en base revisión de fuentes primarias y secundarias, nacionales e internacionales. Se concluyó a partir de ellas, que tanto los factores facilitadores como los limitantes pueden verse segmentados en cuatro tipos: personales, social-ambientales, económico-financieros y tecnológicos. Siendo así dentro de los factores facilitadores, se encuentra al vínculo positivo y compatibilidad con la organización, buen clima laboral, comunicación asertiva y reconocimiento, disponibilidad de recursos, posesión de dispositivos digitales y el conocimiento técnico; por parte de los factores limitantes, se tiene a la incompatibilidad personal y organizacional, burocracia, dificultad de acceso a recursos y carencia de una tecnología tangible y conocimiento técnico. Adicionalmente, se reconoció algunas contribuciones del intraemprendimiento, fruto de los factores abordados.
