So over the snowy ridges, the climate is tropical glacial type. It seems to be speaking a paradox. On the high plains is tropical and cold type; in the lower plateau is temperate, and, finally, it is only warm in the Jungle, the only type comprises acclimated to that in other areas of the earth.Lo que caracteriza la vida en América altiplana es el medio geográfico dfe altitud que imprime al organismo características especiales, puestas en evidencia por los trabajos de los investigadores peruanos. Se ha dicho que el Perú ofrece todos los climas del mundo. En realidad lo que presente son dos tipos climáticos peculiares a un territorio situado en el trópico, habitados hasta 15,000 pies de altitud (5,000 mts.). Así sobre las cordilleras nevadas, el clima es tropical de tipo glacial. Se diría que se habla en paradoja.
