The statistical indices of content validity were used Aiken's V coefficient and Content Validity Index (CVI) of Lawshe (1975) modified by Tristán-López 2008. Results: The concept of teaching identity was defined as “the teacher's self-reflection about their teaching work and relationship they establish with their immediate, institutional and work context”, and the specifications for the use of the questionnaire were developed. The wording of the 33 items was improved and the final version of the instrument after the evaluation by the expert judges and the quantitative analysis left with 6 general questions and 40 specific reagents, distributed in three dimensions: disciplinary 5 reagents, didactic pedagogical 23 and institutional and work context 12 reagents. Conclusion: It was concluded that the design and content evaluation of the instrument contributed to the evidence of validity of the instrument for analysis of teacher identityObjetivo: Diseñar un cuestionario para el análisis de la identidad docente y validar su contenido. Métodos: Revisión teórica de los conceptos para la creación del cuestionario: corrientes y normas educativas y el método de juicio de expertos para la evaluación de los ítems en función a la pertinencia, relevancia, claridad y suficiencia. Se utilizó los índices estadísticos de validez de contenido V de Aiken y el Índice de Validez de Contenido (IVC) de Lawshe (1975) modificado por Tristán-López 2008. Resultados: Se definió el concepto de identidad docente como “la autoreflexión docente acerca de su labor de enseñanza que desarrolla y la relación que establece con su contexto inmediato, institucional y laboral”, y se elaboraron las especificaciones de uso del cuestionario. Se mejoró la redacción de 33 ítems y la versión del instrumento posterior a la evaluación de los jueces expertos y el análisis cuantitativo quedó con 6 preguntas generales y 40 reactivos específicos, distribuidos en tres dimensiones: disciplinar 5 reactivos, pedagógica didáctica 23 y contexto institucional y laboral 12 reactivos.
