description This article presents the results of the first diagnostic stage of a project that aims to co-design a dynamic hypermedia device that assists in the process of writing scientific papers in Spanish. These processes are conceived as social practices linked to specific knowledge and, in this sense, the research is framed in the development of Mediatised Educational Practices. Specifically, it develops the main problems presented by 100 postgraduate students at an Argentinean university in scientific-academic literacy linked to the development of written, research, and digital communicative competence. The methodology follows a qualitative-quantitative approach for analyzing the answers obtained through the questionnaire instrument. The results show that the main problem is the presentation and organization of the information; the lack of academic/specific vocabulary as well as difficulties in giving cohesion to the text and structuring it according to the characteristics of the genre. As for the expectations generated by assistive digital tools, it is made explicit that it should have forums and the possibility of obtaining immediate response assistance for queries arising in the writing process, and therefore it is suggested the existence of dictionaries of academic vocabulary, among other applications.

Dichos procesos se conciben como prácticas sociales vinculadas a un saber específico y, en este sentido, la investigación se encuadra en el desarrollo de prácticas educativas mediatizadas. Específicamente, se relevan las principales problemáticas que presentan 100 estudiantes de postgrado de una universidad argentina en los procesos de alfabetización científico-académica vinculados al desarrollo de diferentes competencias: comunicativa escrita, investigativa y digital. La metodología se adscribe a un enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo para el análisis de las respuestas obtenidas mediante un cuestionario. Los resultados evidencian como principal problema la presentación y organización de la información: la falta de vocabulario académico/específico, como también dificultades para otorgarle cohesión al texto y estructurarlo de acuerdo a las características del género. En cuanto a las expectativas generadas ante herramientas digitales asistivas, se explicita que debe contar con foros y la posibilidad de obtener una asistencia de respuesta inmediata ante consultas surgidas en el proceso de escritura; por lo tanto, se sugiere la existencia de diccionarios de vocabulario académico, entre otras aplicaciones.Este artigo apresenta os resultados da primeira etapa de diagnóstico de um projeto que visa a co-construção de um dispositivo hipermedial dinâmico que auxilia no processo de redação de artigos científicos em espanhol. Estes processos são concebidos como práticas sociais ligadas a um conhecimento específico e, neste sentido, a pesquisa é enquadrada no desenvolvimento de Práticas Educacionais Mediatizadas. Especificamente, são estudados os principais problemas apresentados por 100 estudantes de pós-graduação em uma universidade argentina nos processos de alfabetização científico-acadêmica ligados ao desenvolvimento da competência escrita, pesquisa e comunicativa digital. A metodologia segue uma abordagem qualitativa-quantitativa para a análise das respostas obtidas por meio do instrumento do questionário. Os resultados mostram que o principal problema é a apresentação e organização da informação; a falta de vocabulário acadêmico/específico, bem como as dificuldades em dar coesão ao texto e estruturá-lo de acordo com as características do gênero.
